Masao Ishihara - Certified Trainer of Facilitators LEGO SERIOUS PLAY

Masao has been active with the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method since 2008, where he co-founded Rasmussen Consulting Japan with his partner, Takashi Hasunuma. Since then Masao has delivered LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshops to institutions in a variety of industries in Japan including manufacturing, finance, services and universities.


Masao worked with LEGO Education in Japan from 1997 to 2012.


He has a strong passion for helping children and adults, to discover new ideas of anything including about themselves. He is a firm believer of constructionism. In an attempt to apply constructionism to youth education, Masao has also worked with promoting STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) education in schools in Asia and USA. Today Masao almost exclusively works with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in Japan together with Takashi Hasunuma.


Masao was born in Aichi prefecture, Japan. He speaks Japanese and English. He has a Master’s degree from Boston University, Boston, USA and a visiting professor at universities including Silliman University, Dumaguete, Philippines. He lives in Tokyo, Japan and Cebu, Philippines.


 


Kris was trained by Robert Rasmussen in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method in Enfield in 2010. Since then, she has been working closely with Robert in organizing the Facilitator Training sessions in Singapore, Malaysia, and China under Rasmussen Consulting Singapore.


Kris focuses on customizing and delivering workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method with various clients across all industries.


She graduated with a degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. In 2014, Kris attained her Licentiate in Public Speaking from the London Academy of Music. She is also a Certified Action Learning Coach with the World Institute of Action Learning since 2015.


Kris’ passionate dedication and her plethora of experiences contribute to her effectiveness as a trainer & facilitator. Most importantly, her work is fueled by her passion in touching and transforming lives.


Kris lives in Singapore with her husband and daughter. She speaks and delivers in English and Mandarin.

Surathin Sathitlert - Facilitators LEGO SERIOUS PLAY

Surathin was trained by Robert Rasmussen in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method in Singapore in 2014. He is also the first Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Thailand, trained by Curt Liesveld In Nebraska, USA in 2013. Over the past decade, he has designed and facilitated organizational development programs incorporating these two primary approaches.


Surathin focuses on customizing and delivering workshops using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method on the topics of team strategy synergy, communications, and cross-cultural collaboration.


Prior to his current journey as a learning facilitator, Surathin previously worked at Gallup, Ernst & Young, Mitsui & Company, Aon Hewitt, ThaiBev, Nikkei, and Teach For Thailand.


Born in Bangkok, Surathin spent his early years in Illinois, USA. Fluent in both English and Thai, he is a graduate of the BBA International Program at Thammasat University. He is a retired basketball point guard and an aspiring songwriter.
